Position Summary: We are looking for a medical receptionist for our busy Orthopaedic clinic. Must provide a good first impression and give friendly, quality customer service over the phone. Looking for a self-starter who finds value in working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions: Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments appropriately, making outbound calls as needed. Maintaining patient accounts by obtaining and updating personal and financial information. Sorting and distributing paperwork appropriately. Contributes to team by accomplishing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older to apply. High school diploma. Customer service. Telephone skills. Attention to detail.

Hours: Full time hours. Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:00, Friday 8:00 - 1:00.
