Receptionist-Nights and Saturdays

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests and answering phones to point customers in the right direction. Receptionist Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the receipt, repair order and/or counter ticket.


• Maintain accurate records detailing daily transactions and reconciliations


• Process internal orders daily.


• Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and transfer calls to proper department.


• Scanning daily RO's into dealership cloud storage


• Filing as needed (Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, Hard Copies)


• Perform any other special duties as requested by Management staff

Requirements

• Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.


• Shift Hours 11 am - 8 pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

• Ability to stay stationary for long periods of time


• Excellent oral communication skills.


• Professional personal appearance.


• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
