Position Summary: Monroe Family Medicine is a busy family practice providing care to all ages, from geriatrics to pediatrics. We are looking for a person with attention to detail, who enjoys working with other people and communicates effectively to all age groups. Monroe Family provides outstanding care because of our excellent employees. Candidates should have prior reception or customer service experience, be familiar with technology and be comfortable with change. We will provide the necessary training and tools to be a successful team member.
Essential Job Functions: Answering phones, scheduling appointments and interacting the patients. Collection of demographic information along with obtaining correct insurance information. Data entry into scheduling program with correct information. Attention to detail a must.
Qualifications: Type 40wpm, familiar with computers, excellent interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple requests on a daily basis. Other duties as requested.
Hours: Position is for two days each week. Clinic is open Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
