Position Summary: We are searching for a part time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Essential Job Functions: -Greeting patients and making them feel welcome. -Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar. -Maintaining and updating patient records. -Verifying insurance and handling billing inquiries. -Answering phones and addressing patient questions.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Previous experience in a medical office or customer service setting preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning new software. - Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. - Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus. - Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Hours: Clinic hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am 3:30 pm. We are needing an individual three days each week and PRN as needed.
