About the project

Fixpoint is hiring Receptionists and Information Clerks for a research project at a leading AI company. You will use your expertise to explain the challenges and skillsets of your job, explain what excellence looks like in your profession, and design questions related to your occupation as a Receptionists and Information Clerk.

You're a good fit if you have experience with:

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Receive payment and record receipts for services.
• Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
• Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.

or have similar experience

Must-have qualifications

• Have 5+ years full-time work experience
• Native-level English skills
• U.S. residency
• Access to a laptop or desktop computer and reliable internet.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during the 3- to 4-week engagement (work is fully asynchronous and on your own schedule).

Compensation & logistics

• Hourly pay: $20 – $42, commensurate with experience and project fit.
• Hourly rate may be higher for exceptional candidates
• Paid weekly via Fixpoint, based on approved hours.
• You will be classified as 1099 independent-contractor status; engagement is at-will.
• Entirely remote; work whenever you like as long as deadlines are met.
