Job Description - Receptionist/Scanning Clerk

Receptionist/Scanning Clerk Responsibilities: 



  • Answer dealership group phones

  • Greet and Receive customers

  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner

  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify appropriate person that a customer is waiting

  • Scan and file invoices and other business related documents


Qualifications:



  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outgoing and positive demeanor

  • Maintain a professional appearance

  • Punctual and dependable

  • Valid Driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
