This role is essential in providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing appointment scheduling and front desk operations to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them promptly in person or by phone.


• Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments accurately.


• Maintain organized service schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.


• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Previous experience in automotive service scheduling or reception preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient with computer systems and scheduling software.
