Receptionist-Stonebriar Chevrolet

Stonebriar Chevrolet is looking for a RECEPTIONIST to join our growing team.  The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients and administrative tasks. The right candidate will enjoy making customers feel welcome both personally and on the phone.  

Hours - Monday-Friday various. Saturday the hours can range between 8:30am-9:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer dealership group phones.


• Greet and receive prospects and customers.


• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.


• Work cooperatively with the sales team.


• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.


• Type reports.


• Issue Plates and Temp Tags


• Assist other departments with busy work.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills


• Outgoing and positive demeanor


• Professional presentation


• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility


• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license


• A professional appearance


• Must be at least 18 years old
