Responsibilities
Answer dealership service phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
Work cooperatively with the service team
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
Submit and track warranty claims with manufacturers and third-party providers.
- Ensure all required paperwork for claims is accurate and complete
- Adhere to manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned

Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
