Competitive Pay: Starts at $34.25/hour
CalPERS Pension: (PEPRA members receive 2% @ 62)
Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Coverage: Fully paid premiums on health, dental, vision for employees and dependents. (Health insurance is paid in the amount up to the Kaiser rate for non-Kaiser plans. Life insurance coverage for employee with option for additional coverage for dependents.)
Deferred Compensation Retirement Plan 457(b): Employer match up to $200 per month.
Paid Time Off including vacation (3.08 hours accrued per pay period), personal leave (28 hours per year, pro-rated first year), 14 holidays per year, and sick leave (3.69 hours accrued per pay period)

What We’re Looking For

Good attitude
Valid California Class C Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record; must obtain Class B within 6 months
Strength and stamina for medium to heavy physical work
Ability to work in inclement weather
Capability to operate mechanical equipment including backhoes, tractors, and dump trucks
Minimum 1 year of experience in pipeline construction, grounds keeping, irrigation, or maintenance; farming and small piping/plumbing experience is a plus.
