Job Description - Reconciliation Specialist





Description

• Reviewing ledger reports for each property.

• Identify areas of error and make approved corrections.

• Respond timely to internal audit requests for each property.

• Analytical evaluation of delinquency and recommendations for write- off.

• Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping and efficient financial transactions.

• Submit documentation to the Vice President of Operations promptly for items that exceed the aging standard.


Requirements

 

Preferred Qualifications for reconciliation specialist

• Performing operational reconciliations in systems I.E. One-Site or Yardi.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience In Lieu High School Diploma and a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in the areas of Property Management and/or accounting.

• Ability to work independent of management.
