Reconditioning Supervisor

Trusty Cars and Credit Lease to Own (LTO) is seeking a dedicated Reconditioning Supervisor to manage the entire pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process. This role involves inspecting vehicles upon arrival, creating reconditioning plans, and making cost-effective decisions based on preset guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

  Managing the reconditioning process and ensuring timely completion (under 5 business days).

  
  


• 
  

  Inspecting vehicles and coordinating with detail, body, and mechanical shops.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining vendor relationships and managing vehicle cycle time.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring high-quality work, accurate documentation, and safe equipment usage.

  
  


• 
  

  Developing technicians and assisting with production needs.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  2-4 years of related experience and/or training.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep knowledge of vehicles and a strong mechanical background.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, mathematical, and reasoning abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Valid state-issued Driver's License.
