Fred Martin Superstore is a family-owned, high-volume dealership looking for a skilled Reconditioning Technician who takes pride in bringing pre-owned vehicles back to life. This role is essential to our operation — you’re the reason our inventory is safe, reliable, and ready for delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform multi-point inspections on incoming trade-ins


• Complete mechanical repairs (brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance)


• Diagnose and repair drivability concerns


• Perform light engine and component repairs


• Ensure vehicles meet safety and company standards


• Communicate repair needs clearly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous technician experience required


• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills


• Ability to work efficiently in a production-style environment


• Valid driver’s license with clean record


• ASE certifications are a plus
