Reconstruction Estimator – Disaster Restoration Industry

Salary: $100,000+ per year (Base + Commission) & Benefits!

We are seeking a high-performing estimator who is motivated by results, client satisfaction, and career growth. This role offers a strong six-figure income potential, the support of an established restoration company, and the chance to make a lasting impact every day.

What You’ll Do:

Accurately scope, estimate, and write detailed reconstruction projects using Xactimate (Simbility knowledge preferred).

Engage with insurance adjusters, carriers, and clients to negotiate and secure approvals.

Ensure estimates are timely, accurate, and aligned with both client needs and insurance requirements.

Collaborate closely with project managers and reconstruction teams to ensure a smooth handoff from estimate to project completion.

Represent the company as a trusted expert in disaster restoration and reconstruction services.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in reconstruction estimating within the disaster restoration industry.

Advanced proficiency in Xactimate; Simbility knowledge a strong plus.

Proven success in scoping, estimating, and negotiating with insurance companies.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.

A self-starter with a competitive drive and high attention to detail.
