Revere Construction & Roofing
Help Rebuild Homes, Businesses, and Trust
At Revere Construction & Roofing, we do more than rebuild structures. We help families and business owners move forward after fires, water losses, storm damage, and other major disruptions.
We are looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Reconstruction Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, communicates at a high level, and genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience.
This is not an entry-level estimating role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, stay organized under pressure, move quickly, and work alongside project managers, coordinators, mitigation teams, adjusters, and customers to keep projects moving from estimate to completion.
At Revere Construction & Roofing, we value accountability, teamwork, strong communication, urgency, and doing what is right for the customer. We work hard, support one another, and take pride in the reputation we are building.

- Create detailed, accurate estimates using Xactimate
- Develop complete scopes of work for residential and commercial reconstruction projects
- Analyze labor, materials, timelines, subcontractor pricing, and project requirements
- Identify code requirements, project constraints, hidden damages, and potential scope gaps
- Coordinate outside resources when necessary including engineers, ITEL reports, inspections, and specialty vendors
- Submit supplements and revisions when scope changes or additional damages are identified
- Ensure estimates are complete, organized, and profitable while meeting customer and insurance carrier requirements
Project Coordination & Teamwork
- Work closely with Project Managers, Coordinators, Selections, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Maintain accurate documentation, notes, photos, and job updates
- Follow up consistently on pending approvals, supplements, change orders, and carrier responses
- Assist in keeping projects on schedule, organized, and financially successful
- Collaborate closely with our mitigation division to provide a seamless customer experience from emergency response through reconstruction
