At SERVPRO® – Team Ridner, we specialize in helping home and business owners recover from water, fire, and storm damage. We are seeking a motivated, experienced Reconstruction Manager to oversee restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys leading teams through meaningful, impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews

Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies

Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction

Review and interpret project estimates, plans, and specifications

Work closely with the mitigation team to ensure seamless project handoffs and timely completion

Qualifications:

3+ years of residential or commercial construction management experience preferred

Proven leadership and team coordination skills

Strong understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience with Xactimate (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
