The Role:
As the Reconstruction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position coaches and leads their team to operational excellence.

The Details:

Manage the customer experience.
Provide priority response to potential customers.
Create an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using proprietary software, including but not limited to: Xactimate and Verisk.
Create budget from approved estimate with acceptable profit margin.
Coordinate approved work with insurance adjusters.
Audit estimates provided by insurance companies and submit supplements accordingly.
Negotiate customer approval of project scope, estimates, and change orders..
Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors, to provide services on active projects.
Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process.
Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets.
Find, vet, and onboard subcontractor base quickly and efficiently.
Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates.
Encourage satisfied customers to provide online reviews.
What You Must Have:

At least 3 years of restoration industry experience including budgeting, Xactimate supplements, onboarding of subcontractors, building scopes of work, and the ability to close and secure work authorizations.
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software.
Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters.
A customer service heart, a strong work ethic, high energy, and the drive to go the extra mile to achieve excellence.

A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions.
Any IICRC certifications are a big plus.
High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
