What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and facility managers
• Oversee active construction and insurance restoration projects
• Review and provide detailed estimates for reconstruction projects to insurance adjusters
• Negotiate and secure approvals with insurance adjusters and property owners
• Manage job cost and Accounts Receivable w/Project Mgr. and obtain signed contracts
• Achieve sales goals and high customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements

 What You Bring:

• Proven success in sales and relationship management (1+ years preferred)
• Construction knowledge and experience in estimating (Xactimate/Simbility a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and passionate about success
