The Records Management Clerk is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and safeguarding physical and electronic records to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Organize, classify, and maintain physical and electronic records in a systematic and accurate manner
File, store, and retrieve documents as needed by internal teams
Ensure proper indexing and labeling of records for easy access
Monitor and track record retention schedules and compliance requirements
Assist with document scanning, archiving, and record cleanup projects
Respond to internal requests for documentation and provide support to operational teams
Ensure confidential information is handled securely and professionally
Support audits and quality control activities involving records
Previous experience in records management, administrative support, or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage large volumes of records with consistency

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
