GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
The Residential Recovery Advocate at Tatum Psychology Employment Group plays a vital and supportive role in the treatment and recovery of our clients. The Residential Recovery Advocate’s responsibilities include transporting clients to and from medical appointments, essential services, and other scheduled outings, as well as picking up and delivering medications to support continuity of care. Recovery Advocates also engage directly with clients throughout the day – offering encouragement, promoting active participation in treatment, and helping to create a structured, supportive living environment. The Recovery Advocate’s consistent presence helps ensure clients stay focused and on track to successfully complete their treatment programs.
