The Recovery Agent is the heart and soul of our company. They are the individuals who recovery the collateral and assets for our clients. It requires steady nerves and a calm attitude to be able to avoid problems and issues and still get the job done. Every person you meet needs to be treated with courtesy and respect regardless of the circumstances in which they find themselves or the attitude they exhibit. It is an important role in keeping the economy strong as we serve the interests of our clients and customers. The position can simply be described as locating the vehicle; securing it; and towing the vehicle to the appropriate company yard.

WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Proven ability and experience working in an outside environment without direct supervision

2. Ability to act in a discreet manner

3. Previous experience in driving a tow truck is important

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
1. You must have a clean driving record.

2. You must be at least 23 years of age due to commercial insurance requirements.
