Thrive Now Recovery Center is redefining how behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment is delivered. Opening in 2025 in Iowa City, Iowa, our innovative facility will offer both inpatient and outpatient care, combining clinical excellence with compassionate support.

Enjoy a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts, designed for focus, flexibility, and full-time impact.

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM


• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM


• Rotating Weekends Required

• Lead the intake process: Perform assessments, take vitals, complete drug screens, and set the tone for compassionate medical care.


• Own your documentation: Maintain MARs, support MAT program protocols, and ensure compliance across the board.


• Support the flow: Pitch in with light administrative and operational duties as needed—flexibility is key.


• Respond and follow through: Flag clinical concerns early and communicate effectively across the care team.


• Be a steady presence: Bring clarity, consistency, and confidence to patients and teammates alike.

• Compassionate clinicians who balance care with clinical clarity

✔ Active LPN or RN license in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
✔ Experience in behavioral health, detox, or substance use treatment preferred
✔ Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols is a plus
✔ Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
✔ First Aid & CPR certification required within 30 days of hire

• Physical: Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) required


• Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts/week | Day or Night shift | Rotating weekends
