YOUR IMPACT AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN) OR LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

SHIFT OPTIONS

We offer a 3-day workweek with 12-hour shifts to support work-life balance and focus.

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM


• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM


• PRN Options Available

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead patient intake: Perform focused assessments, vitals collection, and drug screenings with efficiency and accuracy.


• Document with precision: Create and maintain Medication Administration Records (MARs), support MAT protocols, and educate patients on their medications.


• Support operations: Switch easily between patient care and light administrative duties to keep the unit running smoothly.


• Act with urgency: Monitor for clinical changes, respond quickly to needs, and follow up consistently.


• Lead with impact: Be a strong, steady presence within an interdisciplinary team committed to outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

✔ Current Iowa LPN or RN license (or ability to obtain)
✔ Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is strongly preferred
✔ Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) a plus
✔ Excellent triage, communication, and time-management skills
✔ Must obtain First Aid & CPR certification within 30 days of hire

• Environment: Mission-driven, fast-paced indoor clinical setting


• Physical Needs: Frequent movement, some lifting (up to 50 lbs)


• Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts weekly, with rotating weekends
