The role of collections clerk consists of assisting the collections department with working and printing various reports, data entry and processing documents in a timely manner.  This role requires maintaining a high level of confidentiality as well as professionalism.

• Preparing accounts for charge-off
• Running various collection reports
• Scanning, Imaging and Indexing documents
• Printing RTC for delinquent loans and negative shares
• Triverity entries and/or general data entry
• Printing interest only paperwork
• Research property records
• Process incoming/outgoing mail
• Work involves minimal contact, usually within the organization, and generally with immediate co-workers.  Contact usually involves routine, non-sensitive issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Performance Measurements:

• To provide accurate and timely scanning of documents
• To enter all data with strong attention to accuracy
• To keep an organized workspace 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Must be detailed oriented and have good communication and organizational skills. 
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
