Recovery Housing Associate (Weekends 3rd shift)

Description

Isaiah House is looking for a positive problem solver to join our team as an Recovery Housing Associate! This position requires weekend availability and will work a 3 day schedule with 12 hour shifts.

The Recovery Housing Associate assists in programmatic case management and daily operations of our recovery homes. Provide stable, safe, recovery friendly environments for aftercare residents.

• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of residents
• Provide supportive leadership and guidance to residents
• Administer drug screens
• Moving contents of properties in and out of homes
• Weekly walk-throughs, searches, and inspections of property
• Ordering food and supplies if applicable
• Report all concerning resident or property related issues to immediate supervisor
• Any task assigned by immediate supervisor
• Provide transportation to and from work, groups, church, and meetings for residents in aftercare home if available
• Keeping track of resident program compliance, progression, and status

Requirements

· Experience working in substance abuse treatment preferred

· Valid KY driver’s license

· High school diploma or GED

· De-escalation training preferred

· APSS training preferred
