Recovery Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Recovery Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to follow up with customers regarding outstanding credit payments and assist in the timely recovery of dues. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding pending credit payments.


• Visit clients to collect payments and resolve payment-related issues.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.


• Coordinate with the internal team to update recovery progress.


• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while ensuring timely collections.


• Prepare daily visit and recovery reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Running or Completed) in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
