Recptionist

Join Robin Ford of Jeanerette as a Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service to support our team and enhance the overall experience at our Jeanerette, LA location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner


• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls


• Manage and coordinate front desk activities and operations


• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars


• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries


• Provide general administrative support as needed


• Maintain a clean and organized reception area


• Take payments and process billing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Basic computer skills


• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
