Recreation Attendant

The role
This entry-level position supports pools, recreation areas, games, activities, or guest amenities through active onsite service.

Work setting: This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

What you’ll handle

·       Greet guests and provide information about recreation offerings

·       Set up and maintain activity areas and equipment

·       Monitor guest participation and respond to routine needs

·       Support scheduled programs and special activities

Candidate profile: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
