THE JOB: Recreation Coordinator, Full-Time

Are you passionate about creating fun, engaging and meaningful experiences for our guests and members? We’re looking for a Recreation Coordinator to join our team and bring energy, creativity, and organization to our recreation programs!

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, organize, and lead recreational activities for all ages.
• Develop and execute events, classes, and seasonal programs.
• Manage schedules, registrations, and program logistics.
• Collaborate with team members, vendors and community partners.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for participants.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for guest/member engagement.
• Experience in recreation, event planning, or related fields (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work outside in high temperatures.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds.
