The Town of Essex is seeking to hire a Recreation Program Specialist. The Recreation Program Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing various recreational programs and activities that promote community engagement and well-being. This role involves collaborating with community members, stakeholders, and staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and accessible recreational opportunities for all ages. The Recreation Program Specialist will manage program logistics, assess community needs, and implement program modifications as needed.
