Zuggand, an innovative company in the Phoenix valley, is looking to add an outgoing and self-motivated recruiter to help support its growing business!

Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Develop overall recruiting strategy and approach


• Recruit qualified applicants for all open positions


• Create job postings to ensure talent pipeline


• Schedule in-person interviews


• Process data entry for all new hires


• Make job offers and negotiate salaries accordingly

Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills


• Outgoing personality


• Self-starter and ability to multi-task


• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment


• Recruitment experience is a plus!


• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
