With ComForCare, clients can live independently and continue to do the things they love.  As a Recruiter at ComForCare, you will serve as the initial contact point representing the business to candidates, participate in developing effective recruitment strategies driven by data, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintain job postings, communicate daily with applicants, utilize reporting for tracking recruitment trends, and leverage custom source links in the ATS for recruiting from diverse channels such as social media, job fairs, and referrals.
