Job Description - Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process in a fully remote environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company hiring standards.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple open positions independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across departments

Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit

Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process

Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination

Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and company policies

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring status updates

Required Qualifications

Must currently reside in the United States

Must possess a valid government-issued ID

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)

Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in ATS platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for remote or high-volume roles

Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and hiring compliance

Experience working in a fully remote team environment

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
