Job Description - Recruiter

About the Role: 


The Recruiter  supports the organization’s hiring needs by managing full-cycle recruiting activities for a variety of roles. This position partners with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter follows established recruiting processes and contributes to meeting hiring goals in a timely and efficient manner.


In this role, you will be responsible for: 



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including:




    • Job postings

    • Resume screening

    • Candidate interviews

    • Offer preparation and coordination




  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels

  • Conduct phone and video screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications in partnership with the recruiting coordinator

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • Support compliance with employment laws and internal recruiting policies

  • Assist with recruiting projects and process improvements as needed

  • Negotiating: Reach consensus while maintaining positive, sustainable relationships


Knowledge: 



  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficiency with UltiPro or other applicant tracking systems


Experience: 



  • 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, in a fast-paced environment


Salary Range: 


This position offers an annual salary range of $75,000 - $80,000. Exact salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, education and geographic location. This position is eligible for additional compensation beyond base pay.
