Blueprints is seeking a highly motivated individual for the recruitment of foster parents.  Develop and implement long range recruitment and retention plans for foster parents. Establish positive relationships with participants and ensure program and certification requirements are addressed and attained.  Conduct required screening and training for prospective foster parents.
