Recruiter

At Lifehouse, we support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruitment Professional to strengthen Lifehouse's hiring efforts.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain candidate sources through community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, media, job boards, and social media
• Screen applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and recommend top candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, prepare materials, and maintain consistent, proactive communication with hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Maintain communication with all candidates, including those not selected
• Initiate new hire clearances, including background checks and references; escalate concerns as needed

What you will bring:

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred
• Prior office and customer service experience required
• Recruitment and applicant screening experience required
• Experience completing HR or detail-oriented office documents accurately
• Experience with high volume recruitment preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience, ranging from approximately $85,000.00 - 95,000.00 annually
