PURPOSE


Responsible for full recruiting cycle. Develops and implements targeted candidate acquisition strategies.  Serves as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



  • Responsible for full recruiting cycle, including posting requisitions, routing for approval, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, interviewing, checking references, and extending offers of employment.

  • Partners with hiring leaders and Human Resources Business Partner to find best qualified candidate for positions.

  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

  • Reviews resumes and screens candidates to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, suitability for specific openings, and salary requirements.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources. Attend career fairs and assist with internship programs.

  • Utilizes online resources and other sources to increase candidates and to find passive candidates.

  • Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation on candidates within the organizations applicant tracking system.

  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and creates a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders.

  • Assists in investigating and developing marketing techniques to improve recruiting and the organizations name and recognition.

  • Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.

  • Regular and dependable attendance.

  • Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company, which are available for review on ARC Sharepoint.


OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Complies with all CMS safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisors and/or Safety Coordinator.

  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

  • Provides on-the-job training to new employees.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS


Education and Experience


Required:  High school diploma or GED. One (1) year of recruiting, human resources, customer service, sales, or administrative experience required.


Preferred: Bachelor’s degree. Healthcare experience a plus.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow through.

  • In-depth understanding of current federal, state, and local employment/labor laws and regulations.

  • Knowledge of effective Human Resources methods and practices.

  • Excellent oral, written, and platform communication skills.

  • Speak clearly and distinctly; write reports; and read work-related instructions, rules and procedures in English.

  • Must exercise independent judgment.

  • Utilize strategies that address both short-term requirements and long-term Company needs.

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to engage others, listen and adapt response to meet others’ needs.

  • Ability to align own actions with those of other team members committed to common goals.

  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, including familiarity with Windows.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to perform job duties in a professional manner at all times.

  • Ability to understand, recall, and communicate, factual information.

  • Ability to understand complex problems and to collaborate and explore alternative solutions.

  • Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.

  • Ability to apply common sense in performing job.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule.


Certificate/License



  • Human Resources certification a plus.
