The Recruiter is responsible for consulting and guiding hiring managers in filling vacant positions by conducting the end-to-end recruiting process in a defined area, thus ensurig a positive candidate experience. Also responsible for providing administrative support to the function including flexible work force conversions.
Principal activities:
Conduct end-to-end personnel sourcing and recruitment for jobs in a defined area
Clarify demand and define job requirements/specifications in collaboration with the hiring manager
Advise hiring manager and Leadership Partner on quality of candidate market, sourcing potential and derive a recruiting concept, incl. relevant recruiting channels/methods according to the target profile
Post and promote the job; Attract candidates with a dedicated pro-active approach
Review application documents / candidate profiles and provide corresponding recommendations; Pre-select candidates and propose short-lists
Select and prepare people diagnostic measures within the recruiting process (e.g. selection tests, interviews) in collaboration with CoE People Development
Prepare, organize and conduct job interviews and Assessment Center (in collaboration with CoE People Development, if needed)
Advise hiring managers regarding the selection of candidates and compensation package and provide job offer to candidates
Performs employment reference checks, administer profiles, and conducts background checks for potential job applicants
Research, pre-select and manage relationship with external partners (e.g. sourcing agency) in alignment with supervisor
Coordinate collaboration with relevant stakeholders (hiring managers, Leadership Partners, other members of the recruiting team)
Support in creating concepts (e.g. regulations, standards, etc.)
Support in continuously evaluating and improving recruiting tools / channels and the recruiting process in alignment with supervisor and global CoE People Marketing & Acquisition (e.g. support in identifying trends and technological innovations in the area of Recruiting) and support in creating corresponding concepts
Support / lead projects within the department
Organise and attend careers fairs
Support internship recruitment
Monitor relevant KPIs, PPIs and compliance with SLAs; Propose and implement suitable measures in case of deviations
Job Requirements:
Associate's Degree preferred
SAP and ADP experience is a plus
The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
2 to 3 years of Manufacturing Recruiting experience.
