Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.


• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.


• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.


• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.


• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.


• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.


• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.


• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


• Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.  Experience in lieu of education will be considered.


• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.


• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.


• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.


• Strong organizational and time-management skills.


• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
