Client Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with one of our premier partners in search of an exceptional Talent Aquisition Specialist to join their team. This role will be pivotal in sourcing and acquiring top talent for various positions within the organization. As part of a collaborative team, the Recruiter will play a key role in ensuring the timely fulfillment of staffing needs while contributing to the company's continued success and expansion.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and implementing creative sourcing strategies to identify and recruit key talent for various roles within the organization. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in maintaining candidate pools, supporting talent acquisition initiatives, and providing additional support to various programs as needed.

Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including requisition approval, hiring manager intake meetings, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, and offer process.
Partner with leadership to support workforce planning initiatives, understanding current and future talent needs.
Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and successfully recruit top talent for exempt and non-exempt level roles, utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Build, engage, and maintain pre-qualified candidate pools, fostering strong relationships with former candidates and new prospects to ensure a consistent pipeline of talent.
Support talent acquisition initiatives for the organization, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating background checks.
Provide additional support to programs as needed, including training, development, safety, and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and priorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
1 - 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various roles.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices, including experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
