Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for education and talent acquisition? Milestone Education is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in our hiring processes.
Role Overview:
As a Recruiter at Milestone Education, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and communicating with candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process. You will act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, primarily the Childcare Center Director, to facilitate efficient recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Childcare Center Directors to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize GreenHouse as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track progress.
Leverage GrayScale as our text communication platform to effectively communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Source candidates through various channels, including Indeed, job boards, and various social media
Screen candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and gather feedback.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers as needed.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Prior experience with GreenHouse and GrayScale is a major bonus.
Proven track record in recruiting or talent acquisition roles.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
