Recruiter

We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate and customer focused individual who is excited to join us on our journey thru staffing at Express Employment Professionals! Someone with a strong inside/customer sales background who is passionate about finding people jobs!

In this role, you will be focused on attracting and acquiring local business and talent, providing exceptional service to our clients and our candidates, establishing relationships with professional in our community and developing proactive candidate searches. To accomplish this, you will need an innovative mindset, the ability to build trusting relationships, adaptability, and a sense of humor.

Responsibilities
· As a recruiter, you will source & recruit target profiles using various tools such as our proprietary database, managing public-facing job postings, direct head-hunting, LinkedIn, public job-boards, generating candidate referrals, etc.
· The recruiter will screen & Interview potential candidates, qualify them, and match them with the needs of our clients
· The recruiter will market the services of Express Employment Professionals to clients to generate new business through cross-leveraging existing Express Employment relationships, cold-calling, calling on leads and job postings including LinkedIn, our proprietary database, etc.
· Negotiate and establish contractual/recruiting agreements with clients
· The recruiter will qualify client job orders and establish plan to placement
· Provide customer service & counsel clients on strategy to attract & on-board talent

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years in business-to-business, hospitality, or account management
· Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal (required)
