Recruiter

Do you have experience in recruiting? Are you able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment? You can use both of those skills in this Recruiter position.We are currently seeking results-driven candidates looking for an opportunity to put people to work.

As we prepare for the upcoming busy season for our client, you will be able to use your recruiting experience to help build with our other recruiters. You will also build a robust pipeline of candidates to meet our client’s needs.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand and clarify position requirements.
Source and screen resumes for potential candidates using a variety of methods, including but not limited to Monster, LinkedIn, Careerbuilder, etc.
Schedule and coordinate interview schedules, process background checks, offer letters, and assessment tools.
Create and maintain all candidate search files (document candidate evaluation and interview process), applicant tracking documents, and offer letters.
Works with the Sr. Manager and Site Manager to prepare data analysis and offer recommendations.
