We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Consulting Recruiter to join our Technology division. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and assessing top technology talent, and converting prospects into active candidates. The Consulting Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to ensure recruitment strategies align with business needs. This position requires a high level of expertise in technical recruitment, along with a deep understanding of the technology industry and current market trends. This position is Hybrid, working three days in office and two from home!

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates for technology positions.
2. Utilize various techniques (internet sourcing, exploring niche job boards, LinkedIn recruiting, social media, etc.) to find appropriate candidates for specific and pipeline technology roles.
3. Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
4. Manage relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
5. Develop job descriptions and employer branding strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
6. Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
7. Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent.
8. Provide excellent applicant and internal customer management service.
9. Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating excellent teamwork skills.
10. Continuously work on improving the recruitment process and providing detailed feedback regarding market conditions, candidate trends, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the technology industry.
3. Proven track record in sourcing, recruiting, and placing IT professionals from online job boards, social media, tech groups, and other creative methods.
4. Expertise in applicant tracking systems, job posting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong knowledge of software engineering and the tech industry.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
7. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
9. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships, and work effectively as part of a team.
10. Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
11. Certification in recruitment or human resources, such as PHR or SPHR, is a plus.
12. Experience with employer branding and job description development.
13. Proven networking skills, and experience using social media, particularly LinkedIn, for recruiting purposes.
