Recruiter - $60k-$85k (depending on experience) - Dynamic Team

We are a packaging and manufacturing company looking to add to our HR team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle recruitment for warehouse, customer service, office and sales related positions.
• Build relationships with recruiting agencies and universities to find talent.
• Complete sourcing, maintaining a pipeline, & pursuing referrals.
• Partner with department managers to identify talent needs, job responsibilities, and skills.
• Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
• Travel to local job fairs and university recruitment events (a few times a year).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or business related field.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $65k-$85k (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday between 7am-5pm (40-45 avg number of hours per week, salaried role)
• Location : 100% onsite
