Recruiter - Account Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiting Account Manager with Business Development and Cold Calling experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and have a passion for connecting talented individuals with opportunities in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions within the construction industry, including but not limited to project managers, engineers, laborers, and administrative staff.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and facilitate the interview process.
Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to attract top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter with a track record of success in business development and cold calling.
Previous experience recruiting within the construction industry is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
