General Description:
The Recruiter participates in a full range of activities around the selection of candidates and acts as a resource to Associate Recruiters and Hiring Managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to requisition data management, job postings, candidate identification and selection, and job offers.

General Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 0-3 years of professional work experience required, including experience in recruitment preferred.
Licensure/Certifications/Registrations Required: SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or other approved relevant certification at the time of hire or attainment within 12 months of hire.
