SUMMARY:
The Contract Recruiter(s) will be part of a small but mighty Talent Acquisition (TA) team and play crucial roles in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates. The ideal candidates will have experience in sourcing and recruiting sales representative candidates, hourly employees and/or salaried roles in the Construction or Dewatering/Industrial Pump industries. Contract Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing candidates to interviewing and extending offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for sales, hourly and salaried positions
Utilize various sourcing tools and trends including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals to identify and hire talent
Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process
Be a talent advisor addressing challenges creatively and efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of TA and/or Sourcing experience
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Keen eye for talent in sales, hourly and salaried positions
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably ADP
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring teams
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
