Recruiter - Contract inside incredible healthcare organization REMOTE - Exciting Challenge

Hiring a REMOTE Talent Advisor / Corporate Recruiter for an incredible healthcare organization that places candidates inside company clinics at Fortune 100 Companies.  This is a contract position covering maternity leave. 

• Ideal candidate has experience in healthcare recruiting and is comfortable working closely with Hiring Managers in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• This individual will partner with a “Sourcer” that will manage sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to them. The responsibilities of this role include working with Hiring Managers, creating new postings, reviewing candidates before submittal to Hiring Manager, following along in the candidate journey, drafting/sending offer letters, etc.
• Must be tech savvy
• No location requirements; can be remote.
• Video meetings are common.
• Equipment provided.

Schedule

• 36-40 hours a week during business hours
• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm

Contract:

• 04/29/24 to 07/26/24
