Recruiter *CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY*

Join our client's team as a Recruiter on a 4-month contract, with the possibility of extension beyond May. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting all stages of recruitment, from assessing core competencies to extending offers. We're seeking someone with at least 2 years of recruitment experience, particularly in production and blue-collar roles. While experience with Success Factors or a similar ATS is a plus, it's not required. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of recruitment, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer decisions.
Collaborate with agencies on recruitment efforts.
Familiarity with Success Factors or similar ATS is advantageous.

Schedule & Benefits:
Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm (early Fridays off)
Hourly rate: $37.50/hr, with a contract completion bonus
Healthcare benefits eligibility after 30 or 60 days, depending on start date
